looking at greenery is good for your eyesight too...


and remember to keep incontact with friends least you end up a friendless loser after the exams..

I am so lohsoh -.-" Haha sorry for spamming da tagboard again! I just wna say that I totally agree with Zihui that today isnt a goodbye but more like da end of lecs and tuts in which we travel to the different LTs and classrooms as a class. Haha. Sounds better? I mean, we'll still be keeping in touch, studying together, coming back for mocks and sitting the A's tgt as a class right? (: AND MORE CLASS OUTINGS? (: As quoted by Miss Seow, she thinks that we had

"indeed established for (ourselves) a name - a very united, close-knitted class with an awesome class spirit and support for each other".

(: I'd like to add on by exemplifying how much our class had supported each other - and that is WE ARE NOT SELFISH WITH NOTES! Omg I gotta say that I love you guys for this. I've heard from other schools and IN SAJC ITSELF that students do not wish to share their tutorial answers as well as da 'valuable' notes that they have obtained from other schools or wherever. I guess we're talking about competitive people here. But come on. All of us are definitely not competing for the same course in the same Uni right? Dont they wanna see their friends excel as well? And esp in the so-called top 5 JCs where would you guys be going anyway? OVERSEAS. So what is da selfishness for? To prove that youre da smartest? What, like, 'hohoho Ive got great notes I shall mug them in my closet tonight and burn them before anybody else sees them'? PLEASE KIASEES AND KAISUS.

So I'd like to say that I AM VERY VERY APPRECIATIVE to our dear VERYVERY HARDWORKING SUBJECT REPS like Zhaoting who always give a quick shoutout to da class to ask if we all want the readings as recommended by da Geog teachers and promptly photocopy for da whole class. And also when she got some Geog studyguide notes from a friend from another JC she readily offered to help me photocopy when I was like, "whoa, this is so organized!". Including Luke and Weiling who had really good Econs notes from another JC. And etcetc I'm sure the rest of you guys have encounters like this.

On the topic of Reps, I'd really like to give a holler to THE CLASS COMMITTEE comprising of our dear always-and-forever-dependable-and-supportive Assistant Class Rep Michelle and our seriously-super-duper-hardworking Treasurers Mindy and Shirlyn (who undertook one of the hardest jobs EVER in a committee). Without them I dunno how the administrative stuff can be so efficiently administered. Haha okay I dunno how to word that properly. AND I am forever-grateful TO THE REST OF THE CLASS for being so cooperative and supportive of us (: SERIOUSLY! Haha. Esp when the loansharks gotta collect the usual $5/$4 etc from everyone and I am so amazed and so grateful that there are actually NO MOANS! Haha okay maybe a few here and there or even inside of you. I am guilty of that. But the bottomline is you guys make their jobs that much easier and you guys were so understanding (: So on behalf of the ExCo of The Dimsum Palace, WE THANK YOU! *bows* Hahaha.

Okay here's some random shoutouts to everyone else (YOU ALL ARENT LEFT OUT OKAY! (: )

- Luke, our ever-so-efficient Delivery Boy (with his love for cycling) who always buys cake for us for birthday celebrations. Without him how to have birthdays?!?! Hahaha.

- Eugene, our so-very-patient Electrician who's just tall enough to pull down that projector screen for teachers, tries his best to fix all technological faults as well as cleaning the whiteboards andalsodoingkrystalsbiddingmostofthetime(x (but I dont understand why he is always at loggerheads with Deb Ng! Okay guess what I went to check out their horoscopes. No wonder theyre not compatible. LOL. Go to this link for their Horoscope Compatibility. Lol!)

- Boon, our resident Ah Beng/Lian who can actually provide really wise words as well as entertain us so very often (refer to the YouTube video of him singing Calcutta (x )

- Selvan who was (and ironically is still) our loyal DimSum Ambassador (: Yes he still keeps close ties with the Palace! What a great man he is.

- Krystal, our resident w(h)iner, who's all taitai with all the wine and whines. Anybody can do her bidding one with that powerful whine of hers. Haha! I've seen it work on Eugene and Boon lotsa times k. LOL. She's also able to whine until the whole class listens to her. That's why I'm so grateful for her for that added effect of things that I say. Haha. But I'm sure we all love her (:

- Deborah Ng, our Miss Sotong! I dont think she's blur la. Haha. It's her hearing sometimes! But it makes her that funny xD Our Miss Sotong had swam her way towards other shores to help out in OCIP, we're so proud of her to spread the love of our DimSum Palace and beyond :D

- Jade, our (Im)Moral Rep (x Wow she rocks can. She's in constant communication with Miss K which most people would spend their whole life in SA avoiding any kind of contact with. Lol. (On a sidenote after today I'm sure we Arts Fac see Miss K differently now (: ). Haha oh yes she's our hot angmoh-cham-chinese as well (yeah I'm doing advertisement haha!), who's in Rugby! Hot and fit. What more can you ask for? Lols.

- Deborah Chia, our Darth Vader! Omg haha. What can I say about her. She's just that PHWOAR. Only person who made Shamim jealous cos she was that way cooler as DV, in a sari. Lols! Love her confidence. Totally admire her having this gungho personality.

- ZiHui, our brainy Economist! But wait! She has the brawns as well! (Diva mah, right. Lols.) Haha arent we proud of her! Poor thing, work so hard til she had some problems with her eye. Do take care, girl!

- Zhaoting, our EMO (ahem it stands for Earthquake Management Officer) cum LaLa Girl! She's like a ray of sunshine to our class who's ever-cheery and very friendly. She never fails to give that support or a hug to anybody who needs it in class. We love you, Zhao! (:

- WenJin, our Head of LaLa Girls! This tall and leggy girl can be a cheerleader lor. Lols. She's just that friendly and has this really open personality that you will immediately click with once you start talking to her (:

- WeiLing, our Stats Officer and LaLa Girl! Okay *takes a deep breath and hopes that WeiLing will not complain to me after I post this* she's definitely a very efficient Math Rep who got this cute personality which is associated with Hello Kitty and the colour pink. Lol. Plus her mum is reallyreally cool! She's got a blog called hotmama or sth like that. Cool or what?

- SiYing, our Assistant Head of LaLa Girls whom I associate someone who speaks her mind to get her rights. Lol. Respect to this girl! One of the only people I know with the biggest eyes.

- ShuFen, our Lumberjack (cos she's from Cedar -.-"). No la, she helps us out lots cos she needs to brave the forests to chop wood for us to cook our delicious dimsums. Lol just kidding! Let's rename her. She's our resident artist (: She's my Angel for Moral Ed and I gotta tell ya, she's damnnn artistic (she drew a portrait of me) with a really nice handwriting! Shouldve been our Secretary. Lol.

- Clarissa, our Food Critic! Erm I cant rmb why she is one (enlighten me?) Maybe cos her English is really good? She speaks damn well! She ah. Has this super-distinctive laugh which I recognise ever since I entered this class in J1. Lol. And she is so expressive!

-Mumtaz, our Head Bitch! Gosh only recently I know why she is one. Lol. I dunno why, I dont see her as a vulgaric person! Lol guess I'm slow. I was super appalled when she started.. Yeah. Haha. Other than that she is super-brainy as well, can be one of our academic role models in class :D

- YingJie! Our Poet (Lit Rep)! Haha another one who gotta keep in constant contact with Miss K! She truly has this funky style- her tail-plait! Haha. And she's da only one I know who brings her dolls to school and make them seem like real people, only smaller in size. Lol.

- Mathani, our hot Indian whom we fondly call Mat (ironic but whattheheck it's racial harmony! Okay I am crappin :P)! This girl is scandalous. She was 'attached' to both Boon and Selvan. Tsktsk! Lol! She's definitely a really fun person to hang out with as well!

- Cheryl Ng, one of our Dancing Queens of The DimSum Palace! Wow arent we proud of her during Rapture last year! Too bad she quit dance, but to focus on her studies, gotta give her respect. Definitely someone the Palace should emulate right?

- Rachel Ong, also our Dancing Queen/Cheerleader! Poor thing, her legs are known as carrots now. Lol. Nevermind! At least theyve got talent! (:

- Cherell, our Dancing Queen Number Three/Cheerleading Vice-Captain! (Aye, the 3 Dancing Queens can form The Dynamites from Hairspray!) Definitely one with maneeeee talents as well (:

- Lastly, our dear Rachel !Ho our dearly-missed PRO. She's really the epitome of the term Artsy-Fartsy. We definitely miss her as our PRO!

Wow I think I exhausted everybody already :D See, this class has many special characters which makes this DimSum Palace the bestest class everrrrrr :D

In da meantime, all the very best for your studies, guys! Persevere on! We've like, 5-6 weeks more till the end of A's? So during this short period of time just give it ALL THAT YOUVE GOT! The good results at the end of it will be worth every minute that you spend over work and all your efforts (:

ahh jade, those pics really did gimme a quick flashback of the pretty memories ive had for the last 2 yrs (or less).
BUT,im so not emo-ing.
1stly coz it isnt the right time yet.
2ndly coz ive got more stuff to emo abt (IE, A LEVELS COMING)
3rdly and most imptly, i can foresee in yrs to come we'll still be meeting up in cliques or even as a class (piecing our jigsaws..)


so yes, i dun really consider today a farewell or a parting ceremony.
