COOKIES!

The much awaited DELICOUS cookies

Ingredients
- 3 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups choc. chip

Directions
-Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
-Sift together both flour, baking powder & baking soda, set aside.
-In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar & brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well blended. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Stir in choc chip by hand, using a wooden spoon.
-Bake for 10-14 mins, or until the edges are light brown.

Yesterday, Valentine's Day, really rocked, for US! :D :D Could really feel the love, like zen and rach said, and this day will really forever be etched in my mind. Another wonderful memory of 06a2 to add into my brain whoo! :D :D

To my angel

this is just a shout to my ANGEL. thanks for the chocolate heaven you gave me yesterday. for those of you who weren't there let me tell you about it. It was waffles with a big scoop pf CHOCOLATE ice cream, sprinkled with CHOCOLATE m&ms topped with CHOCOLATE sauce(((: i don't eat the waffles in school cos i don't really like them but yesterdays one was DELICIOUS!!! haha. so thanks again.
