okay ive got a chalet from 17-19 dec at east coast.

your all more than welcomed to come. i'll be calling a few outside friends cuz i doubt the whole class is gonna show up. anyways, i hope at least some of you can pop by for some decent food, drinks and just mingle around or do any of those crazy activities we often come up with haha. an added incentive would be getting a tiny peek at my life outside sajc haha. i think my band ( which i quit) might be there or atleast some of em, so we might rip up some tunes for all of you to see. being a ladys man, i could tone down on the heaviness and go accoustic.. ha!

whats with yall? the apparent hippest jc class in spore?! its been a very very muted november and i hope the same theme dosent follow for december! so yeah, do let me know of your attendance when you can.

Hey guys!!!!!!!! My church is having a youth camp next Wed to Sat, and it's open to anyone. It's going to really fun because there are so many games and activities, like makan-ing till the wee hours of the morning, Amazing Race around Sentosa and Beach games, Dragon boating!!!!!!! (We can race other boats along the Kallang River!), and CSI (with real stuff like fingerprint dusting etc.)!

When: 29 November (Wednesday) to 2 December (Saturday) 2006 You can come part time if you want too!
Where: Boys' Brigade/Girls' Brigade Campsite @ Sembawang (Don't worry too much about the exact address though. Just know it's somewhere near Sembawang MRT station. Transport should be provided. Heh.)
Who: Youths from 12 to 18 years of age
What: 4 days and 3 nights' worth of fun and games, getting to know new friends and listening to several sessions on the topic of LIFE in general by a really funny speaker -Mr. Ong Chee Hong.
How (much): $20 only!!!!!!!

Do come if you can, you're guaranteed to have loads of fun and you get to make new friends and the dorms are like air con-ed and the food's going to be good too! You can come just for a day or two if you want to as well. Call/Msg me at 96823136 if you want to go!

i know a friend who knows a friend. the latters mother works in the chalet business and shes been in the circuit for quite some time. she knows her ropes and makes for a pretty decent connection. if you lot seriously want a chalet then ill drop my karkees a line and they'll sort it from there. i gotta know soon tho cuz at this time of the year every vacant place is being snapped up as fast as the rate of luke chens hair loss, so please, stop being fickle. to hasten up this whole process, i think itd be best if the class was msged , this way we get EVERYBODYS answer. majority wins.

so a2 a2! ZOO TRIP! next monday 13th nov. it's pretty much confirmed. i think hahaha. meet at ang mo kio mrt station next monday at 9:30 am. this is pretty early for lazy farts like me, but oh well dig yourself out of bed anyway cause it's going to be a day of fun and lameness and animals!!! plus! it's also to celebrate EUGENE's and BOONSZX's birthdays! and it's best to start early in the morning. the zoo itself opens at 8:30 am and the animals are more action then so yah. i don't think you'd want to visit the elephants at 5 pm when they feel all crappy too. anyway, from amk mrt we'll then take bus 138 to the zoo together. admission for adults (i think we are considered adults...ok yes we are.) is $15 per homo sapien. however!!! wonderful luke and deb ng can probably get us 8 free tickets each. so the actual cost would then be divided amongst all of us and we'll all get to pay less. and yesh that's about it for boring information.

tips! on what to bring: yourself! and not much apart from that. cause you don't want to be lugging stuff around that saps your energy unnecessarily. but some extras you might want to bring include water, sunblock? sunglasses and a cap maybe. (boonszx you can act cool again and wear your cap but this time in daylight.) disposable raincoat? wear comfortable clothes and shoes please! if you're willing to kill yourself with the heat go ahead but i recommend shorts instead of jeans. insect repellent? i'll be bringing a can of spray for us anyway. if i remember that is hahaha. i'm not too sure about snacks. but maybe someone will bring a bag of stuff we can share on the go.

now what the heck are we going to do there???!!!!: well let's just be spontaneous and decide when we get there! but generally there are animal shows and feeding times we can take note of. i'm not sure if you guys want to go everywhere by foot or take the tram but i think we need to pay for that. i think that the highlight of the trip though will be CHILDREN'S WORLD. hahahahahaha!!! serious! i've always loved that the best. with the playground, fountains and petting zoo.

okay that's about it for now. as far as i can remember. do sms me or mich or zen regarding whether you are going please!

ack i'm about set to kill something right now. i just spent a heck lot of time writing one post, only to have my whole computer shut down very suddenly without reason, before i saved it!!! bleahcuieabcvyhbwk! maybe this is a sign i'm too lor sor.

so i'll get to the point right now. as my groupmate mindy just mentioned, what happened to watching the prestige??? can we have a virtual show of hands who wants to watch? tentative date is monday, but that's just a suggestion. throw me your own dates if you'd rather that. hokayhokay? (i want to watch an inconvenient truth too btw anyone up for that?)

next thing! the singapore biennale ends next sunday on the 12th. so does anyone want to go? so far there's me and mindy, debs? shirn? mich did you go with jia hui already? i've got a few tickets (for the payable sites) which haven't been fully used. though minks says entry to the national museum is now free. i don't know what's going on but we'll worry about that later. it's to our advantage anyway.

last thing!!!! personally i realised how lost i feel now that school's out and we're finally "free". cause this freedom is a lie. yet all the more i want to make the most out of this time before we get too busy to even enjoy false freedom. so if you guys'd like we can organise a whole smorgasbord of lameass activities. class chalet/downtown east, zoo/night safari trip, mr peh's tiramisu, christmas parties and the list goes on. just please please please give me your suggestions. and tell me when you're free. or rather when you're NOT free. i.e. on holiday overseas or sth. i'll put it all together and draw up the best dates for whatever.
